Parapet Party Wall Surveying was founded by Oliver Storey BSc (Hons) MRICS,  a chartered building surveyor with over 16 years’ experience in party wall and neighbourly matters.  With strong technical knowledge and insight into the broader workings of the construction industry, Oliver found a niche in which he most thrived and served as the inspiration for the business.

Parapet is proud to have links with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and with the Pyramus and Thisbe Society (who promote best practice in neighbourly matters) and the business operates in line with the ethos of both organisations.

Though offering a specialist service, Parapet are equipped to handle a full range of projects in terms of scale and complexity, anywhere from commercial schemes involving the creation of new basements to beam installations in domestic settings, for which we will always adopt our trademark methodical and considered approach to provide protection of your rights, built assets and neighbourly relations.
